Comfy and clean room, looked like it had been refurbished fairly recently. Very friendly staff and free shuttle to the airport was great.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was also close to the airport and they offered shuttle service. The staff was also friendly and the check-in and check-out processes were easy. The vending machines helped.

Staff and city were nice and friendly. Staff was super helpful (I've never been to San Antonio before) and even offered me shuttle rides to and from the airport when I couldn't find the hotel on my own.

Great customer service when I checked in. Large room. Comfortable bed. Clean facilities. Coffee was decent.

The staff was exceptional! I needed an early check-in and they agreed. The shuttle to airport was perfect as planned. Best part- the bed and the pillows were probably the best in the WORLD!! Thank YOU!!!!!!

The place was very clean and very spacious. The staff was all nice. They did say in the website that there was breakfast but it’s ok that there wasn’t. There was a place right down the street that had food and that was good enough for me. If you have to walk it’s like a 10 min walk to the restaurant and gas’s station.
